Holiday Rentals in Bonita

docsbeachscene

Condos are sound investments. Not only to live in, but to rent out as holiday lets. There is a huge rental market in the area, and the majority of the properties available are condos. As Bonita has the beaches and tropical climate desired by sun worshippers it is a desirable place to holiday. As well as beaches there is excellent fishing and sailing as well as the Old Florida lifestyle. A truly heady mix for any tourist visitor.

This makes for a lucrative holiday let market, and one which is being capitalized on by many landlords. There are an increasing number of people who prefer a little more privacy and quiet than a traditional large hotel can provide. This kind of situation is where a nice condo or villa can come in. A holiday let can be for as little as a week to several months and rental prices vary as much as purchase prices.

A holiday rental can be anything from $1000 per week to $7000 in high season. This can be a lucrative sum of money if you have the capital or credit to buy a property. Although properties can rent all year round, you have to factor in times when the place might be empty, and thus not earning you money. Prospective landlords need a contingency fund for these kinds of periods.

There is of course also the standard rentals, for local residents who can?t afford or get credit for their own property. Longer term rentals are increasing in popularity as the economy remains unstable. This has enlarged the rental market significantly as there is always a demand for good rental property at all price points.
